Mission Multiplier Season Agreement

Agreement terms

1. Parties. Give River Association, a Delaware Public Benefit Corporation ("Give River"), and the nonprofit organization named below ("Organization"). The Season is funded by the Add a Drop Foundation, a 501(c)(3) affiliated with Give River.
2. Season. Give River will provide one Season, lasting 1 to 3 months as agreed with Give River, beginning on the start date below. The Season includes full platform access for up to 500 users, onboarding and setup support, River Guide expert guidance, and an impact report at the end of the Season.
3. Cost. The Season is $0. A credit card is required at sign-up to verify the account and set up gift card rewards. The card is not charged for the Season, and no subscription fees apply afterward unless the Organization chooses to upgrade.
4. No auto-renewal. When the Season ends, the account moves to Give River's Free plan. Paid services begin only if the Organization later signs up for them in writing.
5. Organization responsibilities. Designate at least one admin, attend a kickoff call, and complete setup (about 3–4 hours total). Participation in an end-of-Season feedback survey is requested but optional.
6. Rewards. Cash rewards are not included. The Organization may offer its own rewards, such as non-cash or low-cost custom rewards, through the platform's Drop Shop, or turn the Drop Shop off.
7. Data. Give River collects only the data needed to operate the platform and does not collect sensitive personal information. No individual employee data is shared with Add a Drop or any funder. Give River may report aggregated, anonymized program results to Add a Drop. The Organization is named in those reports only if it opts in below. Data handling is governed by Give River's Privacy Policy and data retention policies. On request, Give River will delete the Organization's data after the Season ends.
8. Publicity. Give River will use the Organization's name, logo, or quotes only as selected below, and will get the Organization's approval before publishing any content.
9. Ending early. Either party may end the Season at any time with written notice (email is fine), with no penalty.
10. Other terms. Platform use is subject to Give River's Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. If any of those terms conflict with this agreement, this agreement controls.
