By using the Give River platform, you agree to these Terms. If you're signing on behalf of an organization, you represent you have authority to bind it.
Use of the service
Give River is a software-as-a-service platform for employee recognition, learning, performance, and charitable giving. You may use it only for its intended purpose and in compliance with applicable law.
Account
You are responsible for credential security. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Payment
Subscription fees are billed per your Order Form. Non-payment after 30 days past due may result in suspension.
Termination
Either party may terminate at the end of the current term. Your data is available for export for 90 days after termination.
Liability
Give River's total liability is capped at fees paid in the trailing 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
